Yes, we do. 

For delivery orders, minimum rental required is $300 (withing a 10-mile radius) plus delivery fee. Minimum rental required for 10+ radius increases accordingly. 

Our rental prices vary depending on the type of equipment and the length of the rental. Please contact us to receive a pricing proposal for your event. 

We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability.

• For items and inventory that are already available, we can book you up to 2 weeks in advance.
• We do ask for at least 4 weeks if its a small event that requires any customization (planning, color scheme, custom painting, custom builds/props etc.)  
• We recommend at least 2-3 months in advance for larger events. 

However, if you do need any last-minute events, we will try our best to accommodate you. 

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve equipment. The deposit amount varies depending on the equipment you are renting and the length of the rental period.

• We do not refund any non-refundable deposits. 
• There is a 50% cancellation fee if the oder is canceled within 72 hours notice from delivery date. 
• There is a 100% cancellation fee if the order is canceled within 48 hours of delivery date.

We hope you can understand our system sets aside the items in your rental order and prevents us from booking those particular items for any other events. 

You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. We require a credit card on file for all rentals to cover any damages or losses.
